Mr. Wyatt has experience in the areas of wealth and asset protection/planning, business planning, business succession planning, and the use of partnership and LLCs.  He has additional experience in the areas of charitable giving and tax exempt organizations.  He regularly advises privately held businesses regarding business issues and their various tax implications and benefits.  He has unique experience in the area of succession planning in assisting companies in protecting the future of their businesses and their business legacy.  In the area of family businesses, he works with clients on transferring ownership of family owned companies to succeeding generations.
