Tanner & Guin has experience in representing developers and managers of low-income housing tax credit properties. We also represent lenders in such transactions as well as entities that invest in low-income tax credit properties. In addition, we represent a state credit agency in matters relating to its low-income housing tax credit program.  Representation includes assisting parties in their qualified allocation plan for low-income housing tax credits, compliance with federal and state guidelines in the area of low-income housing tax credits, and dealing with parties in their construction and development of low-income housing projects.
