| Attorneys
at the Firm represent clients in disputes
including administrative and
regulatory proceedings, arbitrations and
mediations.
Tanner & Guin takes the time to
understand fully the business and legal
objectives clients may have, ranging from
reaching a resolution over a dispute, to
limiting financial exposure.
Handling disputes for clients involves a
thorough knowledge of relevant areas of law and
a complete understanding of client objectives.
Attorneys in the firm have experience in
many types of cases, providing clients with
solutions and sound advice in response to
sophisticated and complex litigation problems.
We work with our clients to assess the
issues and risks and devise a litigation plan
that will meet the client's objectives.
Mediation
is an alternative to litigation. It is a process
in which an impartial and trained individual
helps people reach a resolution of a legal
dispute voluntarily, without the cost of
litigation. The mediator does not make a
decision in the case, nor does the mediator
"rule" on how it should be resolved.
As the mediator, we assist parties in reaching a
fair and amicable resolution, by discussing with
the parties creative solutions to end their
conflict.
