Practice Emphasis
Ms. Ingram focuses her practice primarily in the newspaper and print industry in the areas of corporate, general business, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and workouts.  She has twenty-five years experience dealing with issues relative to the publishing world.  On the general corporate side, her experience is in the areas of general day-to-day business issues, business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and dissolutions, corporate financing, real estate and estate administration.
