Practice Emphasis
Mr. Hayes practices in the areas of bond finance, industrial development and tax incentives, and development bonds.  In addition, he has experience in general corporate issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and dissolutions, and day-to-day corporate and finance issues.
