Practice Emphasis
Mr. Hayes’ practice focus is the areas of acquisitions, real estate, bond financings, commercial financings, industrial incentives and corporate issues.

He has substantial experience dealing with all parties to transactions, including lenders, title companies, surveyors, environmental regulatory agencies, engineers, appraisers, architects, and governmental officials. He has dealt extensively with all manner of property entitlement issues, including zoning, parking, subdivision, utilities, street right of way, construction permitting, environmental, and access.

Mr. Hayes routinely serves as lender’s counsel in loan transactions for several local and regional banks, including RBC Bank, Regions Bank, and BB&T. Mr. Hayes served as corporate trustee’s counsel for The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. and Regions Bank on hundreds of bond transactions over last ten years.
