Practice Emphasis
Mr. Guin practices in the areas of industrial development and bonds, state and local taxation, bond finance and general business and corporate issues.  He has experience in the areas of industrial incentives and works with municipalities and companies in locating the best resolution to their site searches and business negotiations.  In the business tax arena, he has particular experience in partnership law and LLC issues.  He works routinely with companies regarding succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and general tax issues.
