Mr. Wilson has more than 20 years' experience in providing day-to-day legal counsel to business owners and operators.  He routinely represents companies in their purchases and sales of business units, real estate transactions, business transition planning, environmental issues, and complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  Over the years, he has frequently represented manufacturing companies, as well as large property owners, commercial contractors, automobile and equipment dealers, and professional service firms.  Mr. Wilson also assists clients with resolution of their employee disputes and tax issues.
