Practice Emphasis
Mr. Wilson has more than 25 years' experience in providing day-to-day legal counsel to business owners and operators.  He routinely represents companies in their purchases and sales of business units, real estate transactions, business succession planning, environmental issues, employee disputes and complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  Over the years, he has frequently represented manufacturing companies, as well as large property owners, commercial contractors, automobile and equipment dealers, and professional service firms.  Mr. Wilson also represents both lenders and borrowers in loan transactions, workouts and bankruptcy cases and has served as an expert witness in lawsuits involving commercial and real estate loans.
