Practice Emphasis

Mr. Guy serves as Managing Member for the firm. His practice consists of experience in the areas of workplace issues and how they impact the strategic growth and management of companies and organizations.  He has experience in serving as a strategic advisor to clients in the areas of trademark and copyright issues, antitrust and business dispute issues, and has assisted clients in libel, slander and defamation cases.

Mr. Guy also has worked with clients and other professionals in dealing with fair housing statutes and regulations, and in the area of accessibility as it relates to housing and property.
